The term "Sound Design" takes on various meanings depending on the context in which it is used. In film and television production, the sound designer is responsible for everything from recreating the ambient sounds of a city park to producing a convincing approximation of a dinosaur's roar. At Eyezon Music, we use the term in the broad context of synthesizing unique and 'ear-catching' sound elements for use in song production.

While these types of novel sonic elements have long been a staple of popular music (even the muted trumpet sound popularized by the big bands in the 1920's and 30's was considered outrageously modern back then!), never has the emphasis been greater given the fierce competition of today's crowded radio air waves.

At one extreme, the importance of sound design can easily be overlooked - or even dismissed altogether as being faddish. At the other end of the spectrum, production elements can be so radical as to risk losing your audience. When working the sound design aspects of a project, we strive to find what works best for a particular song or artist.

Using a combination of analog & digital synthesizers, sample libraries, drum machines, audio editing software and most importantly - our ears - we carefully craft the sonic elements required for each project.

Whether you're starting from scratch, or just need some sonic "ear-candy" to sweeten your tracks, let Eyezon Music's tools & talent take your music to the next level.
